Hello ~ My name is Jacqueline! Nice to meet you! I am a Chef, Pastry Chef, Nurse Practitioner, world traveler, wine lover & wife! Growing up in sunny San Diego, California to a Moroccan, Burmese, Bagdadian, & American family
& being married to my Persian prince Charming
I have NEVER EVER had a lack of flavor in my life or food!!

In 2014 I moved to Israel so my husband could continue his education!
Israel inspired me to pursue my culinary passion & became a professional chef & pastry chef!! I trained with some of Israel’s top chefs at Dan Gourmet in Tel Aviv & graduated in 2016 with honors as a chef & recently, in June 2017, as a Pastry Chef!
Becoming a Chef has given me the confidence to take on the culinary world!

why a whisk?
A whisk has the incredible talent of combining ingredients into a flawless mixture! A whisk is capable of turning boring egg whites into magnificent meringues. It is the tool used to create an emulsion from ingredients that normally would not combine. It even turns milk into a fluffy cream!

Our Ingredients
I believe in using only the best ingredients!
I use locally grown products, work with local distributors, & use dairy products made from Israeli raised cows, all to ensure quality ingredients are being used in everything I make!

I use Dagon flour, that is made right here in the Haifa Port, to ensure freshness and good quality in all of my creations.

At The Whisk I try & support businesses that have a similar mission to mine, that is why I only purchase Lubeca Fine Chocolate manufactures in Lübeck, Germany. Lubeca is a charitable company that donates their earning to common good projects in its city!

Vanilla is the essence to any baked good, I use the finest quality Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste that is flavored with real seeds of vanilla pods!
